Sports massage uses a deep form of soft tissue manipulation. It is used to help relieve deep muscular tension, break up scar tissue formed following from an injury, mobilise soft tissue and reduce pain. It can be applied in a sporting and non-sporting context. ​

Sports Massage can help with chronic lower back pain, as well as helping with fibromyalgia, planta fasciitis, sciatica and much more.
Re-habilitive Sports Massage will focus on an area of concern to target reoccurring issues.
Please allow at least 20-30min per area of concern.
