Brazilian Lymphatic Drainage is specialised massage technique deigned to stimulate the lymphatic system, promoting fluid movement, reducing swelling and enhancing detoxification whilst sculpting the body, improving circulation and boosting overall wellness.

Unlike the circulatory system, which has the heart to pump blood, the lymphatic system relies on muscle movement and manual stimulation to transport the lymph around the body.

The Lymphatic System helps the body to absorb fats by using fluid from your intestines to transport larger fat molecules back into your bloodstream. This is why many people may choose lymphatic drainage massage to help with cellulite

Wood Therapy uses wooden tools to stimulate the body's natural process.  The techniques relies on firm, rhythmic movements to target areas of concern, helping to break down fat deposits, improve circulation and promote overall well-being.
